Shipping policy

Shipping time starts from the day tracking is generated. Please allow at least 10 business days for the first scan to appear in the tracking page. If your item has gone more than 6 days after the last scan by the carrier, please send us an email so we can look into this. We allow 10-14 business days for orders to be completely delivered to buyer.
